Public Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic public relations programs that drive awareness across Mongini’s core retail categories.
• planning publicity strategies and campaigns
• Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.
• Develop and leverage relationships with retail, technology, business, and vertical trade media to execute campaigns and launches in Egypt.
• Organizing and attending promotional events, conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits for our retail stores.
• Providing clients with information about new promotional/projects opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
• Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
• Knowledge of the social media landscape and willingness to develop creative campaigns with influencers.
• Train and manage spokespeople at all levels for external facing communications including press and speaking opportunities.
• Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges, including reactive issues.
• Help manage multiple external public relations agencies on strategy and day-to-day matters.
• Support the implementation of promotional plans.
• Present solutions in times of PR crisis.
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors.
• Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion.
• Able to work with flexible hours.
• A passion for pop culture and understanding of emerging platforms and trends.
