Job Description
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships and frequent contact with our current E-Commerce clients (Amazon, Noon, Souq, etc..).
- Develop new business with existing and new E-Commerce clients and/or identify areas of opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Be up to date with the E-Commerce trends to identify areas of growth in sales.
- Achieve Sales Target.
- Build a strong database of new potential E-Commerce clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet assigned goals such as Marketing, Sales, Supply chain, or Fulfillment Center.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with our E-Commerce clients.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Achieve annual sales target by category.
- Manage product visibility & availability on the platforms (update prices, products description, photos, full range availability…etc.).
- Ensures timely listing, availability, and visibility of new launches.
- Collect the payments from clients on time on time and ensure no overdue.
- Follow up with the finance team to finalize all the financial operations related to the clients.
- Issue Sales vs. budget, overdue, availability and visibility / Client - Monthly report.
- Generate weekly/Monthly reports to reflect Product stocks and turnover rate / Client.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 -5 years of experience in E-Commerce Sales.
- Very Good English level.
