Job Description
- Study machines diagram to be fully aware of all its components and parts
- Evaluate and supervise all modifications projects proposals and its execution
- Follow up on all spare parts stock balances in the stores and ensure all components availability for any maintenance or repair needed
- Control spare parts consumption
- Supervise and follow on all power panels conditions and ensure its functionality
- Inspect transformers condition and its regular maintenance
- Maintain all factory cable trays and replace them whenever there is a need
- Monitor all Motor lubrication process
- Monitor, supervise and maintain all hydraulic circuits in an accurate way
- Monitor, supervise and maintain all air compressors and dryers
- Analyze the faults root cause and work on avoiding it in the future
- Participate in drafting the yearly preventive maintenance plan
- Plan the shutdown schedule and the time needed for each job task and report changes in case of different situations expectations
- Daily, weekly and monthly follow up on machine functionality performance
- Draft the yearly budget needed for the department
- Play as a role model from the team building perspective
- Evaluate maintenance team performance and ensure their knowledge, skills and ability improvement through KPI’s settings
- Ensure full vacation balance consumption during any given year
- Ensure full usage of PPE’s at all times
- Apply 5S rules across the department
- Ensure the tidiness of the work place and all surrounding environment
- Follow and apply all health and safety rules and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years of experience is a similar position
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and understand specifications, Single Line Diagram, and designing control circuit
