Job Description
Ensure efficient and speedy administration of all requests in respect of queries, issuing new policies/endorsements, cancellations, and renewals relating to Individual/Group Medical products within agreed-upon service standards, policies, procedures, and authority limits, so as to ensure maximum client satisfaction and LSTE efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the Policies issuance process from receiving applications along with assessment check requirements, booking on the system, and applying data on production report..till each policy/card is issued.
- Follow up payment with 2 parties Client/Broker and finance to settle all dues.
- Addition & Deletion for collective policies and settlement upon request.
- Renewal process in monthly batches by reviewing client consumptions and sending renewal prices to the sales channel once receive confirmation and payment proceed with renewal on the system and issue new policies and cards.·
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Graduates.
- Maadi Residence is preferred.
- Medical background is a must.
- Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance.
- Excellent analytical, logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Good coaching and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic.
