Job Description
- Manages the front desk of our premises, act as first point of contact for visitors, customers.
- Coordinate front-desk activities and chores.
- Perform various administrative tasks and assist with many departments’ operations.
- Receiving calls from customers.
- Welcome & greet company’s guests& direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings when due.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree must be a graduate.
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same Position
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Admin role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English skills verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex: printers, scanners & fingerprints,…etc).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
