Job Description

  • Manages the front desk of our premises, act as first point of contact for visitors, customers.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities and chores.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and assist with many departments’ operations.
  • Receiving calls from customers. 
  • Welcome & greet company’s guests& direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings when due.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree must be a graduate.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the same Position
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Admin role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent English skills verbal and written.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex: printers, scanners & fingerprints,…etc).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
