Job Description
- Conduct detailed technical assessments for various project requirements related to noise control and sound insulation.
- Design and develop technical solutions that align with project needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform site visits to gather data, analyze project conditions, and assess technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and the technical office team to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications to guide project implementation.
- Use specialized engineering software to model, simulate, and analyze sound insulation and noise control solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest engineering trends, tools, and relevant regulations to ensure ongoing project compliance and optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in technical office roles.
- acoustic engineering experience is a plus
- Proficiency in BIM, CRM, Odoo, and Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
