About the Job

A successful Client Care advocate instruments the coordination between MAVINZ and our clients.

Job Duties

Generating Revenue growth by excelling in client service and retention and also by cross-selling.
Conducts Care assessments to uncover potential problems and find out solutions.
Provides Education, consultancy and support to the client.
Works internally with the other fellow MAVINZ team members to serve the client.
Strikes the perfect balance in the relationship.
Empowers the client with the knowledge needed to grown their business, makes sure what is been promised is kept.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements and Skills:
Major BA is preferable
At least 1 year of experience in client service job
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Fluent in English
