About the Job

A successful Client Care advocate instruments the coordination between MAVINZ and our clients.

Job Duties

  • Generating Revenue growth by excelling in client service and retention and also by cross-selling.
  • Conducts Care assessments to uncover potential problems and find out solutions.
  • Provides Education, consultancy and support to the client.
  • Works internally with the other fellow MAVINZ team members to serve the client.
  • Strikes the perfect balance in the relationship.
  • Empowers the client with the knowledge needed to grown their business, makes sure what is been promised is kept.
Job Requirements
  • Experience Requirements and Skills: 
  • Major BA is preferable
  • At least 1 year of experience in client service job
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Fluent in English
