Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule top Insurance Sales agent candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process.
Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders.
Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Effective recruiters will be detail oriented individuals with the ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
Practical communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships while in a work from home setting.
Strong problem solving skills as our recruiters will be challenged when working with candidates and managers.
Successful recruiters rely on their time management and efficiency to accomplish multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.

Minimum of 6 months experience in Recruitment is a Must
