Job Description
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within target markets.
- Support senior sales advisors in presenting technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and quotations.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to understand requirements and build relationships.
- Document and track sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis for management review.
- Support post-sales activities, including onboarding and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong interest in technology solutions and software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
