Job Description
Your next challenge
- Align with Product Owner, business representatives and other stakeholders and make sure that the resolution of a user story meets the requirements but is also approached consistently along with the product vision
- Break-down ideas into user stories and refine them with the solution delivery team
- Keep the backlog of the project team always in a healthy state and live by Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
- Analyse, monitor and enrich requirements by collaboratively maintaining the backlog together with the business representatives
- Closely work together with your stakeholders to understand and improve their processes by identifying gaps and potentials
- Develop business process models and coordinate product and solution features
- Ensure a successful project execution together with our business representatives, product owner and your Scrum team, delivering product increment in 3-week Sprints
Job Requirements
Your profile
- Proven experience in the field of Requirements Engineering and methodological competence to identify, describe and maintain requirements and specifications
- You are a strong communicator and act as an important link between business and the development team
- You are an active listener and can articulate and consult options to facilitate agreement on the proposed solution
- You have an agile mindset and customer's satisfaction and delivering value is always your priority
- You have a good sense of quality, good analytical thinking and systematic approach to work
- Experience in the field of Business Process Engineering, e.g. modeling based on BPMN 2.0
- You have hands-on experience working in Scrum or other agile way-of-working
- You have proven experience in conducting workshops and are used to presenting and explaining requirements to various stakeholders (e.g. development team, business, non-functional requirements) in an effective and value-oriented manner, e.g. using story mapping
- A certification in the field of requirements engineering / business analysis is a plus
- Experience with systems/tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is advantageous
- Some experience with digital products such as web apps, API’s, or implementing microservices would give you an easy start
- You are well-spoken in English, Arabic is an advantage
