Job Description
- Create, implement, and communicate security policies and procedures.
- Supervise and lead all the security team members and follow up implementing the plans.
- Supervise and monitor the audits on the team members and their distribution in their determined locations.
- Assign the security guards and determine the areas they will be responsible for to ensure maintaining a safe working environment.
- Follow up the coordination process with all team members and any concerned department to implement all the security Policies & Procedures to achieve the best results.
- Manage and lead responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Management skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
