Job Description
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years excelling in Marketing Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- Strong proficiency in lead generation/acquisition marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with Google Adwords, SEM
- Strong eye for detail and basic graphic design skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, desirable experience in WordPress and Mailchimp/Constant Contact. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Sophisticated oral communication skills, as well as social media savvies.
- Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
