Job Description
1. Job Purpose:
Greeting all guests and coordinating the seating of the guests.
2. Job Duties:
· Warmly greet all guests as they enter the restaurant.
· Coordinate table seating.
. Handle guest waiting list at rush time.
· Follow opening and closing procedures according to checklists.
. Communicate with guests to ensure service satisfaction and get their feedback.
Job Requirements
. Experience in Casual or fine dining restaurants.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
