Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
- Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and refine artwork for production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and contribute to creative strategy.
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, templates, and style guides.
- Support the execution of campaigns and events with visually impactful materials.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , After effect ) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working in an office-based environment.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.
