Job Description
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Design, create, and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
- Create and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way.
- Develop and expand community outreach efforts.
- Prepare a report for management showing results (ROI).
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business.
- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Media
- Proven previous experience in the same position of at least 2 years
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong understanding of social media tools
- Highly Organized, Detail-oriented, and able to effectively multitask
- Self-directed, highly motivated team player
- Demonstrate innovative and creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate analytical skills, including oral and written communication skills to identify problems and objectives and convey information and ideas in formal and informal oral or written presentations.
