Job Description
El Megharbel (Real Estate ) required a call center agent to:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s requirements.
- Entering and updating client’s details into the database.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- Level of education: Graduates only
- Call center Experience is preferable.
- Good Command of Arabic.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
