Job Description

El Megharbel (Real Estate ) required a call center agent to: 

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s requirements.
  • Entering and updating client’s details into the database.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Level of education: Graduates only
  • Call center Experience is preferable.
  • Good Command of Arabic.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
