Job Description
- Lead the architectural design process for high-profile projects, ensuring creativity and innovation.
- Create comprehensive design concepts and present them to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop 3D and 2D models and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure an integrated approach to design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation required for project development.
- Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Experience in leading design teams and managing client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
