Job Description
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for all Jobtology recruitment requests.
- Screening candidates over the phone to ensure that they are meeting the required criteria.
- Having initial interviews with candidates that passed the screening phase.
- Responsible for successful hiring for all recruitment requests by clients providing best-fit candidates for required positions.
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates till their start date.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment.
- Preferably worked in outsourcing agencies previously.
- Passionate & interested to work as a recruiter.
