Oversee and manage complex architectural projects, ensuring high standards of design and implementation.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop and refine architectural designs.
Create and present 3D/2D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
Coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction purposes.
Lead site inspections and monitor construction progress to align with architectural plans.
Address technical queries from clients and contractors, providing timely solutions.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
Engage in project planning and development, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Must have experience in Commercial & residential projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
Experience of 4 -12 years in architectural design and technical office roles.
Proficient in digital design software, including AutoCAD and 3D Max.
Good in English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
