Job Description

  • Solve customers' problems and eliminating obstacles that face all team members.
  • Follow up periodically with the clients and review the representative's work.
  • Train newly hired staff on operational cycle and brand policy.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Manage the process of Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Supervise the whole operations and sales activities.
  • Review the daily reports with the team to be able to track the complaints and follow up to solve customers' problems.
  • Handling the administration and technical issues of the team.
  • Follow up and ensure that the customer service team has the ability to solve problems to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • +2 years experience in sales supervisory.
  • Proven ability to achieve the sales targets.
  • Coaching & Supervisory Skills.
  • Experience in the service sales industry is highly preferred.
  • Very good English command.
  • High sense of ownership.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Result oriented.
  • High level of commitment.
