Job Description
- Solve customers' problems and eliminating obstacles that face all team members.
- Follow up periodically with the clients and review the representative's work.
- Train newly hired staff on operational cycle and brand policy.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Manage the process of Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Supervise the whole operations and sales activities.
- Review the daily reports with the team to be able to track the complaints and follow up to solve customers' problems.
- Handling the administration and technical issues of the team.
- Follow up and ensure that the customer service team has the ability to solve problems to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- +2 years experience in sales supervisory.
- Proven ability to achieve the sales targets.
- Coaching & Supervisory Skills.
- Experience in the service sales industry is highly preferred.
- Very good English command.
- High sense of ownership.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Customer focus.
