Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute our Egypt SEO strategy and help strengthen our organic search leadership in a highly competitive market.
This is a hands-on senior role for an SEO professional who can combine technical SEO, data analysis, content strategy, automation, and modern AI-driven search practices to deliver measurable growth.
You will own the SEO agenda end-to-end, working closely with Engineering, Content, Growth, and Regional SEO teams to increase organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and market share.
Job Requirements
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven ownership of SEO outcomes.
Strong experience with Technical SEO* and large, complex websites.
Proven experience managing websites with tens of thousands of URLs or more*.
Strong knowledge of Programmatic SEO* and template-driven, data-led page generation.
Hands-on experience with log-file analysis* and crawl-budget optimization.
Strong expertise in:
* JavaScript SEO
* SSR / Pre-rendering
* Core Web Vitals & technical performance
* Internal linking
* Schema / Structured Data
* Entity SEO
* Topical Authority
* XML & HTML Sitemaps
* Indexation & crawl optimization
Strong experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, Google Search Console, and GA4*.
Experience with NLP-based / semantic SEO*, focusing on entities, context, and search intent rather than keywords alone.
Experience building SEO automation using Python and/or GenAI*.
Practical experience using ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini* for SEO workflows.
Strong analytical, reporting, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication, writing, and presentation skills*.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Content, Growth, and SEO teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO strategy and execution.
