Job Description

  • Manage Recruitment & selection processes as per the manpower budget plan, including ad-hoc positions and temporary staff.
  • Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
  • Ensure all employees’ records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Develop & update Job Descriptions & job requirements regularly.
  • Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
  • Identify and assess training and development needs, including the execution and follow through of the training and development plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • conducting exit interviews and analyze the main reasons for Employees turnover rate and develop recommendations.
  • Assist in development implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
  • Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Develops and maintains department dashboards and departmental KPIs and reports and dashboards.
  • Responsible for developing data visualizations to allow for quick insight and understanding.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in all HR functions, solid experience in recruitment (both Blue and White collars) & OD.
  • Bachelor Degree, HR Diploma is a must.
  • Alexandria residence only.
  • Max Age 30.
  • Solid experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Bi & Tableau.
  • Profound knowledge in Labor & Social Insurance Law's.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) , Visio & Google Sheets.
