Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Preparing and Analysts Technical Strategies and Projects Explanations.
- Lead and coach improvements activities to achieve most efficient and cost-effective handling and packaging procedures.
- Support and facilitate teams and individuals to identify the needed lean tools and implement lean management system technique in day-to-day activities & continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze the processes using the proper tool of process mapping such as VSM, Flow chart, Lane diagram, Spaghetti Diagram, Lead Time breakdown, …etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production / Industrial Engineering.
- 1-3 years practical experience in lean manufacturing systems implementation and 3 to 5 years overall experience.
- Certified lean manufacturing Green belt is a must.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Awareness of Continuous Improvement activities.
- Good data analyzer, Report writing skills & Adaptability in new challenges.
