Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Contractor to join our team for a 6-month assignment, with the opportunity to work on exciting global IT projects.
This role is a great fit for someone who is hands-on with Azure, Office 365, networking, and service desk operations—and is eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support our Service Desk system, ensuring tickets are resolved effectively and on time.
- Provide system administration across servers, endpoints, and cloud platforms.
- Deliver hands-on support for Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud services.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects across regions.
- Monitor and maintain networking and connectivity to ensure system reliability.
- Document technical processes and provide knowledge-sharing with internal teams.
- Work mainly remotely, with the flexibility to attend the office if required.
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Azure certification (mandatory) – e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900, or higher.
- Strong experience “min 4 years” in:
- System administration (Windows/Linux environments).
- Office 365 administration & support.
- Azure services (identity, security, networking).
- Networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation practices (certification is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to work with a global team.
