Job Description

We are looking for someone to oversee the development of a new online product, from its inception to its launch. Using market data, they manage existing products, and identify ways to enhance those products based on public perception

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  1. Partner with cross-functional teams (business partners, marketing, customer contact center, technology, etc.) to improve cross-channel customer experiences and drive successful execution.
  2. Translate his/her understanding of the Fintech solutions locally and internationally to come up with new business opportunities for Khales
  3. Transform business opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into requirement documents to be shared with concerned stakeholders
  4. Be the expert on digital customer experience by mastering product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile, and industry domain 
  5. Obtain and use customer insights to design positive customer experiences based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior and feedback
  6. Provide direction and oversight to ensure user experience and business objectives are met from the point of project initiation, through discovery, definition, concept development, and refinement 
  7. Work closely with business and technology teams in developing a cohesive digital payment strategy that delivers the best products for our customers
  8. Manage and develop digital product(s) across channels (i.e., online, smartphone, tablet, etc.) 
  9. Engage with and build relationships with multiple LOBs (lines of businesses, e.g., Card Services, Consumer Banking, Business Banking, etc.) and other stakeholders (e.g., technology, PMO, user experience, operations, etc.) 
  10. Provide thought leadership in the Product Development and help internal partners and clients solve problems through domain expertise. Keep all the stakeholders well informed at all times  
  11. Conduct periodic product performance reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc) 
  12. Monitor any product change request and assist when required in resolving production related problems 
  13. Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and QA to certify the release as production ready.
  14. Perform product management responsibilities, such as monitoring against agreed goals and benchmarks, identifying, scoping and finding implementation paths for needed enhancements, and creating remediation plans when needed 
  15. Understand customers’ needs to Support their various requests for product enhancements or the ability to leverage the products existing capabilities- Identify product expansion opportunities within business entities using product and penetration opportunities in business entities not using product.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: 

                Bachelor’s Degree in business or commerce related field of study preferably.

  • Experience

             8-10 years of overall experience working in product management or a related role 

             Including 5+ years of experience working with digital products preferred 

             Digital (online or mobile) product launch and lifecycle management experience required  

  • Knowledge & Abilities 
  1. Good understanding of user-centered design and usability principles. Specifically prefer candidates with strong digital interactive design, content creation, and management experience 
  2. Knowledgeable of digital technology, emerging media and the Internet 
  3. Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple large date driven efforts simultaneously 
  4. Knowledge of credit cards and/or another financial services a plus 
  5. Experience in any of the following areas a plus: online/mobile banking, new product/service onboarding, payments, online security and authentication 
  6. A self-starter able to work extremely effectively in a cross-functional environment and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality and easy to use digital products that delight our customers 
  7. Ability to analyze product performance and recommend improvements 
  8. Strong problem-solving, planning/organizational and presentation skills 
  9. Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work with all levels within the organization 
  10. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams that do not directly report to you 
  11. Results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  12. Must have experience in building digital strategies (web, social, mobile) that leverage technologies and improve customer experience. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  13. Product Knowledge - subject matter expert and the ability to support stakeholders
