Job Description
- Responsible for all the mass hiring requests
- Leading the recruitment team
- Update the daily and monthly reports
- Ensure that all received recruitment requests match our service delivery level
- Open new recruitment channels to improve the recruitment process.
- Communicate directly with our clients and top management
- Responsible for the performance and KPIs of the recruitment team
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same title
- Excellent English language
- Excellent leadership skills
- Previous experience in Telecommunication or call center industry
- HR Certificate or diploma is preferred
