Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate engineers to architect, design, develop and solve complex systems and platforms technical projects
• Determine project requirements, technical direction, and work schedules for the team
• Delegate tasks and achieve daily weekly and monthly goals
• Supervise system software development on Azure DevOpps, Linux, Kubernetes environments.
• Provide the engineering team with continuous development and guide them to solve critical user problems in a timely and effective manner
• Building scalable solutions by evaluating and implementing recommended tools, using up-to-date technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platforms.
• Set code quality standards, high automation coverage, secure coding practices, and best standard practices for CI/CD
