Job Description
- Facilitates learning solutions, preparing plans according to adult learning theory and providing a high-impact, interactive environment
- Identifies learning needs within assigned business units. Develops professional, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders
- Develops and implements learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Tracks and analyses learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances
- Maintains current busss knowledge; stays abreast of market events, investment product enhancements, and successful sales techniques in order to be up-to-speed on potential training topics
- Act as Subject Matter expert for our products and best practices of use
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of practical business experience with developing and delivering training solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in contemporary adult learning.
- Knowledge in cosmetics field is a plus.
- Professional English, Knows the different brands correct pronunciation.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking in front of a group as well.
