Job Description
We are looking for a master multi-tasker caliber with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join us as Front Desk Admin.
Candidate shall be responsible for welcoming and guiding our visitors at the reception area in a professional manner, which will reflect the company’s image and will create an excellent early experience for visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Participate and plan company' events.
- Communicate and build a great relationship with different vendors for various supplies need
- Monitor and handle facilities team performance
- Be in charge of handling maintenance and facilities issues with the building control tower to insure it is properly maintained and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned.
- Provide general administrative and facility support.
- Delivering administrative reports to the Administration Manager
- Meeting and greeting company visitors and walk-ins in an appropriate and professional manner
- Welcoming and assisting new hires on their first day and directing them to their onboarding process and location
- Maintaining and arranging requested meeting room bookings and making the needed arrangements
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of relevant administration experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Females only
