Job Description
- Responsible for the reception area including receiving outside calls and meeting outsiders then directing them to the required department
- Responsible for all admin work and coordination for the service department
- Responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate
- Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up Required tasks of different departments
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Preparing schedules of appointments, works, plans, and daily and weekly follow-ups
- Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry
- Covering different types of meetings.
