Job Description

  • Responsible for the reception area including receiving outside calls and meeting outsiders then directing them to the required department
  • Responsible for all admin work and coordination for the service department
  • Responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate
  • Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up Required tasks of different departments
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Preparing schedules of appointments, works, plans, and daily and weekly follow-ups
  • Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry
  • Covering different types of meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Real State Developments.
