Job Description
- You ensure consistent achievement of sales and growth objectives within your assigned district.
- You create and lead pharmacy accounts partnerships, deepen relationships, drive sales and awareness of our value proposition.
- You are passionate and confident engaging pharmacy accounts by strategically showcasing our portfolio and products.
- You plan and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management.
- You lead and support briefings and leverage workshops to support pharmacy accounts engagement.
- You maintain a deep and current knowledge of the health care industry, therapeutic areas, competitor and market dynamics and
- Focus effort on priority account opportunities.
- You effectively build and maintain accurate account information, manage relationships, opportunities, tasks, and develop account
- Insights based on best practices.
- You Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts through approaching and up-selling.
- You mentor and act as a subject matter expert among peers on pharmacy accounts needs and solutions.
Job Requirements
- You achieve a high-profile role representing the business professionally.
- An Undergraduate Degree in Commerce.
- 2+ Years of proven track record of success and high performance in Sales Representation, Degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science preferable.
- Excellent Negotiation, Advanced interaction skills.
- Hands on experience with proven track record in in selling to pharmacies
- English Language Fluency
- Holder of a driving license / own car
