Job Description
* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
* Determine selection criteria
* Source & Screen potential candidates through different channels
* Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
* Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
* Evaluates the recruitment sources regarding quality and quantity of hires
* Analyze Probation period evaluation for new hires
Job Requirements
* 4 – 6 years of experience
* Proven Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
* Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* BSc. in Business Administration or relevant filed
* HR Professional Certificate is a Plus
