Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Specialist to join a growing B2B business serving the Egyptian electrical and industrial market.
The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering degree, 5–7 years of relevant market experience, and a strong network across electrical and industrial companies.
This role is highly market-facing and relationship-driven. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant companies, opening new business relationships, conducting meetings and visits, and supporting the growth of the company's business network
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
· 3–5 years of experience in the Egyptian electrical or industrial market.
· Previous experience with one or more of the following: electrical distributors; panel builders; electrical trading and supply companies; industrial electrical companies; electrical equipment manufacturers; industrial solution providers.
· Strong existing network within the Egyptian electrical sector.
· Good understanding of the market and its key players.
· Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Comfortable communicating with business owners, commercial managers and senior decision-makers.
· Strong follow-up and organization skills.
· Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
· Good command of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
· Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits across Egypt.
