Job Description

Job Summary:

Work with an active B2B sales team so the candidate should have communication skills to build up a long-term trusting relationship with current or upcoming clients for new qualified opportunities via (Phones, Emails and Meeting). Conduct high level research to identify the appropriate products for clients. Report to the sales manager with updated results on time. 

The ideal candidate should have a high level of skills like (analytical, solving problems). Has strong experience in sales, achieving targets and using (Zoho or other CRM software).

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the company at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan
  • You are required to participate in achieving the company’s objective by achieving your given target.
  • In order to achieve your target, you must visit at least four new prospects every day.
  • Your main key to success in lining up new prospects to visit is your ability to identify potential clients by using different databases and directories.
    To maintain the pace of your daily visits, you must constantly seek new ideas and methods to keep your own prospect database fresh and full.
  • Generate customer prospects and referrals from every visit.
  • Sell our services using 'face-to-face' selling techniques.
  • Prospecting potential individuals and corporate accounts using different databases and directories.
  • Telephoning prospective customers and setting appointments for visits.
  • Filling in daily reports and submitting them to the line manager as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track of record in closing the deals via phone.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via visits, telephone, and email.
    Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision- making skills.
    Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with Zoho or other CRM software
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Very Good in English “Written & Spoken “
  • Own a Car is a great plus
  • Target Zone East Cairo (Maadi, New Cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr City,..)
