Job Description

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Organizing company events & conferences.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

Job Requirements

  • + 5 years’ work experience.
  • Russian Speaker (Egyptians or Russians).
  • Fluent Command of English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant industry.
  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
