Job Description
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Organizing company events & conferences.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Job Requirements
- + 5 years’ work experience.
- Russian Speaker (Egyptians or Russians).
- Fluent Command of English
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant industry.
- MS Office Proficiency.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
