Job Description
- supervise, motivate, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to ensure coverage, frequency, and effective product promotion.
- Monitor daily field activities, sales performance, and territory management.
- Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions with the team.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting from medical representatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and scientific events.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of new and existing team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotion guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical & supplementary promotion is of added value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)&English language spoken and written.
- Valid driving license and preferably owning a car.
