Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a  Real Estate Specialist, based at our office in Cairo, Egypt. 
• The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing,  opportunities that align with client requirements. 
• Daily duties include conducting market research, developing financial analyses for property acquisitions and leases, building and nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a robust understanding of market trends. 
• This role requires close collaboration with clients and developers to ensure successful transactions tailored to client needs.
