Job Description
- Prepare specification of the materials and equipment required to perform the hardware.
- Prepare documentation using standard specification forms, filling in dimensions, numbers of units, and other information.
- Lead customers through the process of getting their locks repaired.
- Align with the client to ensure the repair process goes smoothly and is completed correctly.
- Prepare both technical and financial offers.
- Guide and lead contractors with installation instructions.
- Develop and provide product data sheet.
- Lead the funnel management & analytics for all projects in hand.
- Develop a cost summary for the entire project, which includes the costs of equipment, materials and any additional costs that may affect the project.
- Meet all financial performance objectives for area of responsibility and take corrective action as needed.
- Actively and consistently recommend and support all efforts to improve, simplify, automate, and enhance day to day service delivery operations and the client experience.
Job Requirements
