For FMCG multinational Company for candy products, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced production engineer to join our team.

Duties:
• Achieve production plans on time, ensuring product quality meets customer and quality standards.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste and downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Operate and adjust automated candy production lines and equipment (e.g., sieves, mills, metal detectors).
• Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize labor, machine utilization, and material efficiency.
• Plan labor schedules, shifts, and rotations.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support performance analysis and implement corrective actions with the production supervisor.
• Ensure clear communication during shift handovers and perform regular quality and sensory checks (texture, taste, appearance).
• Oversee equipment cleaning and sanitation to maintain high hygiene standards.
