Job Description
- Receiving calls and Messages from customers 24 hours a day.
- Providing support to solve all customers’ problems and evaluating the appropriate solutions such as maintenance, accidents, etc..
- Follow up on reservations and availability on the company's websites.
- Follow up on direct orders and audit the data of new customers.
- Communicate with departments to solve problems.
- Develop daily plans for the distribution of cars in the sites.
- Preparing daily, monthly reports.
- Direct communication with site officials and the concerned department to provide solutions to clients.
- Follow-up and estimate accident reports.
- Follow-up operations on the application and intervention in the event of any problems and follow-up to solve them.
- Submit the fleet movement plan on a daily basis to the movement coordinators.
Job Requirements
- Graduates Only
- 5 Days Work, 2 Days off
- Rotational shifts
- Team Work Very helpful
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
