Job Description

  • Receiving calls and Messages from customers 24 hours a day.
  • Providing  support to solve all customers’ problems and evaluating the appropriate solutions such as maintenance, accidents, etc..
  • Follow up on reservations and availability on the company's websites.
  • Follow up on direct orders and audit the data of new customers.
  • Communicate with departments to solve problems.
  • Develop daily plans for the distribution of cars in the sites.
  • Preparing daily, monthly reports.
  • Direct communication with site officials and the concerned department to provide solutions to clients.
  • Follow-up and estimate accident reports.
  • Follow-up operations on the application and intervention in the event of any problems and follow-up to solve them.
  • Submit the fleet movement plan on a daily basis to the movement coordinators.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates Only
  • 5 Days Work, 2 Days off
  • Rotational shifts
  • Team Work Very helpful
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
