Job Description

  • Source potential candidates through; tools, professional and social platforms, walk-ins, etc.… 
  •  Plan interviews and selection procedures including pooling, screening, calling and interviews conducting. 
  •  Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan and including ad-hoc positions. • Dealing with different collars [white-grey-blue] • Handling Requisitions from A to Z 
  •  Making permeant analysis for manpower and turnover
  • Update Organization Chart , Design and Develop Job Description and Job Specification. , Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate. , Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis.
  • Responsible for PMS process also can support in the recruitment and the hiring process 
  • Collect the performance evaluation feedback from managers with recommendations and comments; ensure that all employees sign the final PA forms and informed by their scores.
  • Create organizational charts and employee headcount reports on a monthly basis
  • Follow up on performance improvement plans for employees with unsatisfactory performance to ensure that they are supported in improving their performance
  • Develop HR documents, including evaluation forms and letters of experience
  • Create and develop a career path for employees.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in any relevant field of Human resources
  • Experience: 4-6 years
  • HR certificate (preferable)
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  •  Communication skills, Analytical skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, Organized, Proactive
