Proposals Specialist

Job Role:  Participation in proposals / tenders preparation process 

Job Description :         

• Study client’s proposals requests
• Participate in all proposals / tenders preparation process
• Participate in proposals / tenders pricing process
• Communicate with clients and vendors to follow up offers
• Coordinate with other departments all clarifications related to proposals and tenders
• Participate in evaluation process of vendors offers received
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable instructions and procedures related to proposals/tenders cycle.
• Maintain all documents related to proposals/tenders in good shape and protected through filing.
• Continuous update to all department database
• Monitor and maintain department logistics needed to complete work cycle.
