Job Description
- اعداد ومتابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين والبنوك
- اصدار فواتير البيع ومتابعتها
- تحصيل المستحقات المالية لدى العملاء
- سداد مستحقات المالية للموردين في مواعيدها
- تفعيل البرنامج المالي وتحديث بياناته باستمرار
- اعداد ومتابعة عقود ومرتبات وتأمينات الموظفين
- اعداد وتقديم الاقرارات الضريبية والتقارير المالية في مواعيدها
- مراقبة جميع التكاليف والمصروفات المالية
- متابعة الشئون الإدارية للمكتب
- اعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية تشمل حسابات العملاء والموردين والبنوك والتدفق النقدي
- Prepare and follow up all payable, receivable, and banks accounts
- Release invoices and follow up them with customers
- Collect company dues on time
- Pay suppliers’ dues on time
- Activate and update financial data on ERP system
- Prepare and follow all employees’ contracts, salaries, and insurance.
- Prepare and present all taxes and financial reports on time
- Follow up all administration affairs
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including customers and suppliers’’ dues in addition to cash flow and banks status.
