Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional relationship with key accounts.
  • Responding promptly to clients' inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client management process.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain & increase the revenue of the assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Full reporting on accounts' performance, requirements & forecasts individually & compiled.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Good standard of Computer Skills.
