Location: Remote and Onsite (Preferred candidates from Nasr City or nearby locations, or can easily commute)
Experience Level: Senior (5+ years total HR experience, including 2+ years as HR Generalist)

We are a UAE based company in Dubai, seeking a HR Generalist to join our team, with opportunities available for both full-time and part-time/freelance positions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering, IT, and Technical sales positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our company’s technical and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Work Environment:
- Collaborate in both remote and onsite environments, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
- Use leading recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and communication tools for an efficient hiring process.
Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can reach the office easily are preferred.
Job Requirements
- Minimum total of 5 years in HR roles, with Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist. Must be capable of handling the recruitment some standard tasks from day one.
- Experience in IT Company will be advantage
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business administration or a relevant degree
- Excellent English verbal and written effective communication skills
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Skype)
- Remote recruitment proven experience is a must.
- Skilled in hiring with proven ability to identify and select top talent.
