Job Description

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform management decisions and strategic planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
