Job Description
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and support organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform management decisions and strategic planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
