About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, coordinating with embassies and clients, and ensuring timely processing of all required documentation.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in visa processing, travel agency, or a related field
- Age: Between 25 to 28 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Familiarity with visa requirements for Gulf, Schengen, or international destinations is a plus
- Proficiency in English is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications and verify required documents
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients
- Follow up on application status and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide accurate guidance on visa regulations and procedures
