Job Description
- Record financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Track inventory transactions, reconcile accounts, and address discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory costs and their financial impact
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process vendor payments and generate customer invoices.
- Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process Egyptian payroll with accurate calculations and reporting.
- Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and analyze data for trends and variances.
- Generate inventory-related financial reports.
- Review expense reports, process reimbursements, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and local tax laws.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in accounting, Forex operations, and Odoo software is preferred.
- Familiarity with GCC region accounting practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal .
