Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Execute and oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Generate, edit, publish daily content (original text, images, and video).
• Responsible for content design & creation for communication on Social Media platforms, and coordinating internal communication.
• Implement and measure the ads campaigns on all social media platforms and refine them to reach the best results.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the branding performance.
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Proactive assistance with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
• Frequent review and enhancement of media buying & planning for different campaigns.
