Job Description
- Receive all visitors, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favorable first impression is given to any visitors.
- Handle welcome cards for clients.
- Develop rotational sheets for clients and brokers walk-ins.
- Handle rotational for CRM.
- Provide administrative support to the staff and answer internal calls directing them to the concerned parties.
- Receive mails, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distribute items.
Job Requirements
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience. FRESH graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Very Good command of English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Very Presentable.
