Job Description

  • Receive all visitors, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favorable first impression is given to any visitors.
  • Handle welcome cards for clients.
  • Develop rotational sheets for clients and brokers walk-ins.
  • Handle rotational for CRM.
  • Provide administrative support to the staff and answer internal calls directing them to the concerned parties.
  • Receive mails, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distribute items.

Job Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of relevant experience. FRESH graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Very Good command of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good organizational skills.
  • Very Presentable.
